Remote Surveillance Trailer in Red Bluff, CA

Businesses like yours that exist in today's commercial landscape have to navigate a litany of complex security challenges that go beyond their property and premises. We're talking about criminals intent on trespassing, theft, squatting, vandalism, and more. Unfortunately, conventional security efforts are often underwhelming and ineffective in managing modern risks. That's because traditional systems are reactive, not proactive, by nature. That means they're designed to respond to criminal acts after they've happened. Typical responses from these systems include sounding alarms and notifying the authorities - but only after trespassers are on-site. This type of response leads to unnecessary false alarms and frustratingly slow police response times, giving criminals the opportunity to escape with sensitive assets, data, and more.

Mr. Security Camera was founded to address these shortcomings by offering business owners like you proactive, comprehensive security solutions you can count on. With innovative tools like a remote surveillance trailer in Red Bluff, CA, you can get ahead of security breaches, deter potential criminals from committing crimes, and solidify the overall safety of your property without having to rely on outdated security models. By focusing on prevention and lightning-fast response times, we help make peace of mind plentiful for today's most successful property owners and managers.

RED BLUFF, Calif. - The Red Bluff City Council on Tuesday night will discuss renewing its development agreement with California Canna Company, a cannabis micro-business.

California Canna Company, which has been delivering marijuana products in Red Bluff since 2022, plans to expand into a new 17,000-square-foot facility.

"For the new facility here we're going to have a museum over time, we are going to have our retail showroom, we are going to manufacturing different products with some high concentration and a cultivation facility," Bill Byron, president of California Canna Company, said.

The expansion includes a retail showroom and manufacturing space. All cannabis business agreements in Red Bluff require renewal every three years, ensuring compliance with state department of cannabis control rules.

If approved, the new agreement would extend for five years. Byron mentioned that they have secured approval to expand the facility on Kimball Road but require the renewal to operate.

Tom Westbrook, Red Bluff city manager, expressed confidence in the agreement getting approval.

"I think they've met all the standards and requirements so there's no reason for them not to continue with their business operations," Westbrook said. "The development agreement does have a public benefit fee aspect which is a minor 3% of gross sales so there is revenue that's generated from this. Typically it goes towards our public safety departments, police and fire."

Community members have shared mixed reactions about the expansion.

"I really think that anybody can do as they will as long as it's within the law and honestly I gave up smoking weed for the military but honestly I still think it's alright," Arylan Hanson, a neighbor, said.

Robert Pinkham, another neighbor, expressed his approval, saying, "I think it's very good, it'll so close to where I live and now I don't have to walk far anymore to get my weed and so I do approve very much."

The Red Bluff City Council meeting is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. at the council chambers on Washington Street.
